Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern The Native Butchers relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘The Native Butcher’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘The Native Kitchen’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Lime Kiln Farm, Hasfield, Gloucestershire, GL19 4JW. Our company registration number is: 13056858, registered at Companies House UK. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The Native Butcher Events & Courses:

 

Bookings are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy:

Payment in full must be received before the commencement of the course/event.

In the event that you cancel your attendance, the following terms apply:

ADULTS’ COURSES 

  1. Seven days or less before the event – no refund or transfer.

  2. More than seven days but less than six weeks – we will try & sell your space/s. If the space is sold we will issue vouchers or arrange a transfer to another course/event of the same value. An administration fee of £15 will be charged for full day courses. Half-day courses are subject to an administration fee of £10.

  3. More than six weeks but less than 16 weeks – we will issue vouchers or transfer you to another course/event of the same value. An administration fee of £15 will be charged on each course space.

  4. More than 16 weeks – you may transfer your course/event to another of the same value, at no additional cost.

  5. Friends or family are able to attend in your place. You need to provide us with 24 hr notification of the change, along with the name/s, contact number & email, dietary requirements.

  6. In the event of illness preventing attendance – we will require documentary evidence in order to apply the cancellation policy with discretion.

  7. All requests to change course bookings must be confirmed via email.

  8. If The Native Butcher cancel your course then you will be offered a transfer to an alternate course date, vouchers to the value of your booking or a refund.

SUPPER CLUBS

  1. Seven days or less before the event – full refund or transfer.

  2. Less than seven days before the event – we will try & sell your space/s. If the space is sold we will issue vouchers or arrange a refund. An administration fee of £5 will be charged.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

  1. Gift vouchers and courses or events purchased as gifts carry the same cancellation policy as courses (see above).

  2. Gift vouchers: must be redeemed a maximum of one calendar year from the date of purchase, after which they become invalid.

  3. Vouchers can only be used to purchase The Native Butcher goods and/or services via the website to the maximum of the published value only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Vouchers can be partially redeemed across multiple purchases only within the valid period. No change will be given for partially used vouchers at the end of the valid period.

  5. If a purchase or purchases exceed the value of a voucher, all additional charges must be payable in advance before goods or services become the property of the purchaser.

 

STAY ON THE FARM COURSE DISCOUNT

  1. If you are staying on the farm you will receive a 10% discount on course fees for any courses you attend during your stay. 

  2. The discount only applies to courses attended during your stay, it cannot be extended to courses that take place at any other time.

  3. Humble by Nature is entitled to cancel any course/event at any time, subject to the repayment of any monies received from you related to the event.

  4. Any deposits received to secure a course/event are non-refundable and subject to the refund and cancellation terms above.

  5. Only one special offer/discount can be used for each booking.

  6. Offers/discounts are non-transferable

COMMUNICATIONS, PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  1. By purchasing course, events and accommodation on this website, you agree to your data being used by The Native Butcher for future communications about the course, event or accommodation. We will not pass your data to any third parties.

  2. By ‘registering your interest’ in a course or event you agree to your data being used by The Native Butcher to inform you about a specified course or event. We will not pass your data to any third parties.

  3. You can opt out of future communications by emailing info@thenativebutcher.co.uk and writing ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject box and providing your name and email address in the body of the email.

  4. By taking part in a course or event you agree to having your photograph taken and being used on The Native Butchers media channels, including at www.thenativebutcher.com across social media channels and print marketing and email campaigns. Occasionally images may be selected for use by third parties for PR and marketing purposes. 

  5. You can remove consent for your image to be used by emailing info@thenativebutcher.co.uk and writing ‘removal of photography consent’ in the subject box. You will need to include the name of the course or event you attended and the date of the course or event.
