WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

When you book a course or event we collect:

• Your name, billing address, email address and telephone number. We use this to process your payment and in case we need to contact you specifically about your booking.

• The names, email addresses and telephone numbers of attendees you have booked a course or event on behalf of. We will only use these details to contact the attendees about the course or event they are booked onto.

• Your or the attendees’ allergies, medical conditions or dietary requirements. This information will only be used to inform tutors so that they are aware of any additional steps or safety precautions they may need to take while teaching and to ensure suitable catering is provided throughout the event.

 

When you book accommodation:

• We used a third party supplier (Holiday Live Booking) to process your accommodation booking.

• The information collected is your name, billing address, email address and telephone number. This is used to process your payment and in case we need to contact you specifically about your booking.

 

When you submit a query via a web form:

​

• Your email address and telephone number. We will use this to contact you about your query. We will not use your email address to send marketing communications unless you have given us consent by signing up to our e-news letter.

 

If you participate in a competition or other prize promotion via our site or one of our social media pages:

• Your name, email address, social media handle and any other personal information you choose to include in your entry. We use this information to conduct the competition or promotions and to contact you in the event that your entry is successful.

 

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS ON FILE?

We do not keep any records of your credit/debit card details within our organisation in any form, either written, electronically or in a database. Once you enter your details online, the transaction is processed via our payment processer and we do not record any of the details ourselves.
When you place an order with us over the telephone, your credit card details are processed in the same way by our telephone payment processer and we do not record any of the details ourselves.

 

HOW WILL WE USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

• We collect and use information about you to process your course or event booking, gift voucher purchases and accommodation bookings. If you agree, we will use information to email you about other courses, events, accommodation and general farm news that we think may be of interest to you.

• The Native Butcher use the services of third party software providers in order to help us process our bookings and to provide email services. As a result of this your contact information may be hosted on servers outside of the UK. We carefully check these services to ensure they comply with UK GDPR regulation.

• The Native Butcher may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external parties who offer goods or services that we believe may be of interest to you. We will not share your data with these third parties.

• The Native Butcher does not share or sell information about customers or attendees to third parties.

 

MARKETING
