Tara Vaughan
Farmer & Founder
Having grown up in rural Monmouthshire, Tara has always been at one with nature. Tara trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School aged 19, before working as a private PA in London. Despite her high profile job she moved back to Monmouthshire in search of something more - sustainable and holistic living. Turns out farming is a better way of life.
Josh Vale
Butcher
Josh was raised in the Isle of Wight and moved to Winchester aged 19 where he worked in sales. At 21 Josh found his calling when he picked up the knife and worked as a butchers apprentice.
After working through the ranks Josh moved to Gloucestershire at the beginning of 2019 where he is now working towards becoming a Master Butcher.
