    Cut from Gloucester cattle that have roamed the banks of The River Severn for up to 16 years. The rib-eyes are undoubtedly one of the most highly prized cuts of beef and for good reason, they have a real depth of flavour and intense marbling, this muscle to fat ration makes the flavour second to none, it's unlike anything else found in the UK today.
