Our mince has the perfect fat:beef ratio for all manner of dishes, from homemade burgers to cottage pies, and has a deep flavour that comes only from rare breed animals eating a 100% grass-fed diet. We butcher all of the muscles from the neck down to the shoulder, immaculately trim them of any excess fat before giving them a coarse grind. The result?
